As we celebrate 40 years of Butende technical institute. I just wish to congratulate the institute management and the stake holders of the lust on behalf of NCBC department for keeping B.T. I in progress and growing at a higher level to date.

Secondly I thank our students of BTI especially students of NCBC that I teach for having chosen BTI as their number “ONE” A mature institute of 40 years that is going to change their life.

I would like to give assurance to students of BTI in general that they made a right choice to select BTI and technical education and they will never regret.

Am informing students of BTI offering technical education that they are now scientists of which the Government of Uganda is advocating for and more to that someone with a skill can easily employ him/herself after school.

In conclusion, I just request my students to concentrate on their studies and be disciplined as discipline is the key to success
